25th April 2015: the Marconi Day is dedicated to creativity
on Saturday 25° April @Fondazione Guglielmo Marconi the Marconi Day will be specifically dedicated to the theme of creativity and to MIC initiatives
This year the Marconi Day will focus on creativity, with three moments representing MIC recent activities.
First, Francesco Montanari from Datalogic, global leader in Automatic Data Capture and Industrial Automation for the retail, manufacturing, transportation & logistics and healthcare industries, will present the application of the creative thinking methodologies in high-tech domains.
The Ideando@Fermi moment will follow, with the awards ceremony of three project ideas of Fermi high school’s students, to prove that the entrepreneurship skill can be extracted also from new generations.
The last event is dedicated to the second Marconi Award for Creativity, awarded by MIC and Fondazione Guglielmo Marconi, in collaboration with the University of Bologna and the Rotary Club. The Marconi Award for Creativity recognizes the achievements obtained in all disciplines, both scientific and humanistic, of those individuals from anywhere in the world, whose creativity had a high impact on society and on human lives. This year the Award will be given to Massimo Iosa Ghini, founder of the Bolidism movement and world famous architect and designer, for his ideational skills applied in several disciplines thanks to his cross-cutting competencies and his innovative approach to design.
Award ceremony: Friday 25th April, from 10 pm at Villa Griffone, Pontecchio Marconi (BO).
