From Theory to Practice. Goldsmiths, University of London, June 25, 2014
Creativity is an essential skill in most fields, from computer science to fine arts. Although different levels of innovation and problem solving are present in most activities in our daily lives, creativity is often (mis)understood of something restricted to arts or other creative occupation. In this workshop, organized by The Creativity Enhancement through Advanced brain Mapping and stimulation (CREAM) project team based in Goldsmiths, University of London, we will bring together a group of people with recognized expertise in creativity from very different perspectives, from the theoretical/computational aspects, passing through experimental cognitive studies, to the practical or applied creativity work. The talks will create a fascinating dialogue amongst the different fields of expertise.
